Jim Wilson grew up in Hamblen County and is a graduate of Morristown High School and Carson-Newman College.  He became an Affiliate Broker in 1966 and a Broker in 1969.  He was active in the real estate market of Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Grainger and Greene Counties from 1966-1982.  After that, he was a restaurant manager for 8 years in Gatlinburg till he became active in commercial real estate.  In 1994, he and his wife Mary moved to south Florida where he worked in condo management.  Most recently, he has been involved with Fairfield Resorts in Ft. Lauderdale and Sevierville.  Jim and Mary now live in Dandridge and he would love to put his many years of experience to work for you!
